How it works

Your controller is detected by name

5-second countdown, then 30 seconds of recording — circles, buttons, whatever is relevant for your case

Write a short note — “feels normal” or “feels weird” are both useful

Review what gets sent, get a Log ID — paste it in #marius-board-help on the Discord

What it captures

Every stick, trigger, and button value your controller sent — 8000 samples per second on XInput pads, raw USB reports in PS4 mode
Microsecond timestamps on every sample, so drift, jumps, and stutter are visible in the data
Disconnects, if one happens mid-recording — that gets recorded too, and it's useful
A system snapshot of the things that make USB flaky: power plan, USB selective suspend, fast startup, controllers, drivers, input software
Where the controller is plugged in: CPU or chipset USB port, how many hubs in between, the other USB devices on your PC, and the controller's own power-saving settings
Whether remapper drivers (ViGEmBus, HidHide, USBPcap) are actually running on the controller, not just installed
PC load during the recording — CPU per core, driver (DPC) time, memory, and the 5 busiest programs — on the same clock as the controller data
The controller's chip ID, so its factory calibration can be checked

30 seconds of controller data (stick, trigger, and button values)
Your note, plus nickname / email if you choose to give them
System snapshot: power settings, Windows build, USB controller & device models, drivers, input software
Which USB port and hub the controller is on, and the names of your other USB devices (serial numbers removed)
PC load during the recording, including the names of the 5 busiest programs
The controller's chip ID, and a random ID DeepLog makes for your PC (not taken from any hardware or Windows ID)

Never sent

Your name or Windows username
Files, keystrokes, or screen contents
Browsing or anything you typed

The tool lists exactly what it sends before anything uploads — and declining keeps the recording on your PC.
